PICNIC IN THE ALLEY OUR STORY

In 2019, Jolene Mannina founded Picnic in the Alley to shine a light on the talented and dedicated women in the hospitality industry who often don’t receive the recognition they deserve. The inaugural event was a testament to the power of collaboration and community, celebrating the outstanding contributions of women who make the industry shine.

After a successful second event in 2023, Jolene’s vision had grown. She wanted to make Picnic in the Alley an annual celebration, a staple in the Las Vegas scene. In 2024, to bring this vision to life, Jolene asked Sharee Bruscher to join her in this endeavor. Together, they combined their passion for the industry and the women behind it to elevate Picnic in the Alley to new heights.

Now, Picnic in the Alley stands as a cornerstone event led by the fierce women of Las Vegas hospitality. It brings people together to celebrate the achievements and dedication of the women who drive the industry forward.
